Captain Scooter Lilley grew up on his family's farm in Williamston, NC. and has been fishing the Neuse River, Tar River, Roanoke River, Albemarle Sound, and Pamlico Sound since he could walk!

 

Scooters specialty is Largemouth Bass, Rockfish (striper), Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Red Drum.

 

Along with being a Professional Guide for the last 20 years, Captain Scooter has competed in Fishing Tournaments such as the FLW, BFL Piedmont Division, FLW Rayovac Series, Toyota Team Championship BASS, 3 Triton Gold Qualifiers, Anglers Choice Invitational, Bojangles Pro-Am and more with 49 First Place wins and 149 Top 10 Finishes! When you are fishing with Captain Scooter you are literally on the water with a PRO! 

 

When Scooter isn't busy guiding trips, competing in tournaments or filming with Host Chris Douglas of the breakout hit show "Carolina AllOut", he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashlie and children Courtney and Zane...usually on a boat passing down fishing tips and making great memories.

 

He has been a professional guide for over 20 years and enjoys creating once in a lifetime sport fishing experiences for both children and adults alike!

 

During the fall when the weather is pleasant and the fish are feeding up vigorously for the winter to come, Captain Scooter is geared up to catch numbers of Stripers on artificial swim baits and topwater lures that will ensure to entice any Striper. Our fully rigged trips are action packed with rods bent and fish flopping in the boat.

 

Our fall Striper trips are run from September to November on the Pamlico Sound and Neuse River. We are prepared to fish wherever the feeding frenzy shows up first.
